PGIM Real Estate is the real estate investment and financing business of PGIM, the US$1.5 trillion global investment management businesses of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU). The venture seeks to acquire sites in key urban areas and strategic logistics locations.
Our Trade City and Logistics City concepts have evolved to be market leading in terms of environmental credentials, ensuring our developments, and the materials used, are sustainable and delivered to the highest institutional specification, targeting a minimum EPC rating of A and BREEAM Excellent certification.
Our success is driven by determination, a coordinated approach to the development process and delivering against key milestones for occupiers and investors. Within the traditional industrial estate market, Kier Property has developed the Trade City brand comprising high-quality industrial developments in prime locations to suit owner-occupier and tenant’s needs.
The Logistics City brand was developed to offer a unique warehousing concept to occupiers throughout the UK. The brand is focused on providing last-mile solutions to occupiers in major conurbations.
With an ambitious development programme and £400m of available equity for investment, the team is keen to focus on prime locations, targeting both multi-let light industrial and logistics/ distribution schemes. Ideal sites: 2 – 15 acres (larger sites considered).
