Henry joined Kier Property in 2018 and has extensive experience in the development sector across private and joint venture structures. Henry’s role oversees industrial and logistic development activity across the North of England, from site acquisition and planning through construction, leasing and disposal.
He brings strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, advanced financial modelling capability and a collaborative approach to partner and stakeholder management. His strengths include negotiating complex agreements, managing risk and unlocking development opportunities to deliver high-quality, commercially successful schemes.
