Emily is a Chartered Surveyor and joined Kier Property in 2025. She brings five years’ experience from the industrial capital markets team at Lambert Smith Hampton, where she was involved in a number of acquisitions and disposals for a wide range of investors, including institutions, overseas investors, PropCos, local authorities and private individuals.
Emily is responsible for sourcing and appraising new site opportunities, overseeing the planning process, negotiating lease agreements and managing developments through to investment disposal, ensuring investment value is maintained throughout.
Relevant Experience:
- Extensive experience across a wide range of investment transactions, including single‑let, multi‑let, IOS assets and redevelopment opportunities.
- Agency experience within both the industrial investment and occupational markets.
- Leading on investment disposal processes.
- Key project involvement includes Trade City, St Albans and Logistics City, Andover.
