Oliver is an experienced Project Manager working across all sectors who joined Kier in 2014 with a proven track record of delivering a wide range of complex schemes, from city centre mixed used developments to high-end residential Grade II* conversions. His passion and ethos is to establish a close team spirit within the client-side team and create a feasible scheme solution long before a scheme nears site, ensuring it is fully de-risked and well planned.
Through his construction knowledge he is able to offer ideas and innovations to the client to meet their aspirations and to work with the design team to turn them into a reality. Over his career Oliver has worked predominantly client-side, ensuring absolute clarity in understanding and delivering client requirements.
