Introductory Fees

An introductory fee equivalent to 7.5% of the average annual rent over the term of the lease, up until the first review date or break date, whichever is earlier, and may be paid to non-retained agents where they introduce a prospective occupier who was not previously known to Kier or its appointed letting agents, and that introduction results in a completed transaction.

Any entitlement to an introduction fee will be conditional upon the following:

The prospective occupier must not already be known to Kier, its retained agents, or any party acting on its behalf at the time the introduction is made.

The introduction must relate directly to the intended occupier of the premises and not to an adviser, representative, intermediary or other third party acting on their behalf.

The introduced occupier must enter into a letting of the relevant property within six months of the introduction date.

The introducing agent must not at any stage of the negotiations, be appointed or instructed by the introduced occupier in connection with the transaction.

All introductions must be formally notified and recorded by the introducing agent either by email or through the contact us section on this website.
