Kier purchased the 15 acre site on Skimmingdish Lane, Bicester having successfully secured planning permission for up to 260,000 sq ft of industrial space.

Kier went on to develop the scheme over four phases. The first phases were anchored by a 38,000 sq ft pre-let to Bicester Logistics, Tibbett & Britten and Fresh Direct; a food wholesaler and distributer.

The final phase delivered a 30,000 sq ft and a 55,000 sq ft unit for Target Parcels and Cooper Callis respectively, together with 10 Trade City units totalling 45,000 sq ft.
