Through working closely with SEGRO, a vacant possession strategy was agreed whilst – simultaneously – Kier obtained planning permission for a nine unit, 36,000 sq ft light industrial scheme.
Prior to practical completion, three of the units were sold offplan to local businesses and the scheme was exited ahead of initial estimations. Sunbury had not witnessed any new industrial development for a number of years and the freehold scheme set a new benchmark for local values.
