Ilias is a Chartered Surveyor with experience across the built environment, specialising in the delivery of industrial developments. He has experience across the full development lifecycle and supports the day-to-day development management and project delivery of industrial projects across the UK, working closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
Ilias brings a collaborative, problem-solving approach, with strengths in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex development processes. He undertakes due diligence on land acquisition opportunities, works closely with design teams to secure planning permission, and leads the contractor procurement process while overseeing construction delivery.

- Delivered a 104,339 sq ft industrial unit in Bracknell achieving BREEAM Outstanding.
- Delivered a 126,107 sq ft industrial unit in Milton Keynes.
- Leading the delivery of 6 industrial units (88,273 sq ft in total) in Maple Cross.
- Leading the delivery of 10 industrial units (55,509 sq ft in total) in St Albans.
- Led the technical due diligence for several new site acquisition opportunities.
