Mica is a Chartered Surveyor who joined Kier Property’s industrial team in 2015. Specialising in managing all aspects of the development process from inception to completion, Mica has a strong track record in development management, including securing planning consents, leasing management and investment disposals. As lead Development Manager on a 15 year partnership with a Local Authority, Mica has extensive experience in joint venture management and reporting, stakeholder engagement and large scale planning applications.
Her expertise extends to financial modelling, joint venture management and development delivery, negotiating all aspects of partnership and leasing agreements and securing occupiers throughout the development process.

- The acquisition and development management on Kier’s live 204,000 sq ft Trade and Logistics Scheme in Bognor Regis.
- The delivery a a 96% pre-let retail led scheme, anchored by Lidl in Andover.
- Delivery of over 400,000 sq ft of industrial across four schemes.
- Secured planning consent for a 450,000 sq ft industrial scheme on the Walworth Business Park in Andover.
