About the development
Kier acquired the three-acre employment site at Solent Business Park in Whiteley, near Portsmouth, to develop three new warehouse and industrial units ranging in size from 8,665 sq. ft – 58,664 sq. ft.
The site, located near Junction 9 of the M27, was the last remaining undeveloped plot at Fulcrum Business Park.
The scheme, built to a high specification, offered level-loading doors (4m x 4.5m), 8m eaves height, fitted offices at first-floor level, electric charging points, and allocated parking.
