The new business units will be located at the former Maple Cross House (Skanska) and Kier Maple Lodge Close site on Denham Way and will comprise a range of industrial units for small to medium size businesses.
The proposed development will provide six units ranging between circa 11,593 sq ft to 16,157 sq ft with ancillary office space. This will bring the currently vacant site back into use providing business units with the highest sustainability and design credentials, new landscaping within the site and along Denham Way, create further employment opportunities and support economic growth in the local area.
