Ioan joined Kier Property in 2011 and specialises in the industrial and logistics sector. He is responsible for sourcing new opportunities and managing the delivery of industrial developments across privately owned and joint-ventured sites.
He brings strong expertise in development appraisals, planning strategy and end-to-end development management, with a commercially focused approach to tenant engagement, joint venture delivery and asset disposals. Ioan’s key skills include the production of bespoke development appraisals and analysing new business opportunities, managing the planning process from design through to implementation, negotiating leasing agreements and leading disposal programmes.
Relevant experience:
- Led the design, planning process & development of a 20 acre mixed-use site in Reading called Reading Gateway, comprising retail warehouse, hotel, restaurant, car showroom, trade counter and 175 residential units.
- Development Manager for a 55,000 sq ft industrial scheme in Maidenhead from acquisition to end development.
- Led a 50,000 sq ft retail development in Glasgow pre-let to The Range.
- Development Manager for an office redevelopment on Victoria Embankment.
