Finlay joined Kier Property in September 2024 and has gained experience across industrial, regeneration and mixed-use development projects. Since joining Kier, Finlay has worked on a range of schemes from initial site assessment and development appraisals through to planning, consultant coordination, acquisitions and disposals. He has supported projects across the UK, including industrial and logistics opportunities in Milton Keynes, Manchester and the Southeast.
Relevant experience:
- Industrial: Milton Keynes, Maple Cross and Manchester, providing support throughout the construction phase and assisting with subsequent leasing transactions.
- Residential: Arena Central, Birmingham, supporting the planning application for a Build to Rent scheme; and Watford Riverwell, a town centre regeneration scheme, supporting the planning and delivery of key phases.
- Offices: Cornwall Street and Arena Central, Birmingham, and supporting new site opportunities.
