Trade City Reading formed part of the wider mixed-use regeneration scheme known as Reading Gateway, delivering a prominent retail, trade and industrial destination in a strategic commercial location. The development comprised a 12-unit scheme totalling 54,748 sq ft, with units ranging from 3,700 sq ft to over 7,500 sq ft, designed to accommodate a range of trade, automotive and light industrial occupiers.

The scheme successfully attracted a strong line-up of occupiers including ADI, In N’Out Autocentres and Quicklane Autocentres, reinforcing the estate’s appeal to established national operators and supporting the wider regeneration ambitions of the Reading Gateway masterplan.
