About the development
Logistics City Frimley continues our success on the site, which also includes a Trade City of 56,000 sq ft and a site sale to Natural Investment of 2.5 acres.
Logistics City Frimley was initiated as a pre-let campaign where we secured 40,000 sq ft to BAE. Following this we marketed the site for a forward fund opportunity and agreed a deal with London Metric to buy our remaining land holding whilst building out the BAE.
