Trade City, Enfield

Phase one consisted of two pre-let developments to Renault and Selco. Having secured a 20 year lease with Renault, Kier obtained planning and worked in conjunction with the car manufacturer to design and deliver a 20,000 sq ft car showroom, with ancillary workshop and service facilities on a 3 acre plot. On the same site, Kier identified, pre-let and developed a 37,500 sq ft unit for builders trade merchant Selco.

Phase two comprising the adjoining site began in 2007 and involved the development of the remaining three acres into three speculative units ranging from 20,000 - 40,000 sq ft. These were all sold within 12 months of practical completion to local and national businesses including a data centre.

An additional development was undertaken at Innova Park, Enfield where Kier successfully developed the first Driving Standard Agency facility as part of their national expansion programme. Kier has since developed a further DSA facility at Phase 1 Trade City Uxbridge.
