The Trade City brand was created and successfully launched with this scheme.
The 15 acre site was acquired by Kier, located close to the M5 and fronting one of the main routes into Exeter City Centre.
In total, over 144,000 sq ft of Trade City units were developed over a four year timeframe. The development value of the scheme was £13.8m with the majority of the scheme being pre-sold, including two larger bespoke units for telecoms provider Orange and Thermoboard.
The scheme was awarded ‘Development of the Year’ by the South West Industrial Agents Society.
