About the development
Kier speculatively committed to develop a two-unit 176,000 sq ft distribution scheme on a 10 acre site, close to junctions 13 and 14 of the M1 Motorway.
The 110,000 sq ft XXL unit was pre-let to Cullina Logistics three months before practical completion and the smaller 60,000 sq ft XL unit was let to MacFarlane Packaging Group.
The development was pre-funded with British Gas pension fund and the scheme was a short-listed finalist for “Best Bespoke Development” in the Industrial Agents Society awards.
