Tayyab joined Kier Property in April 2025 and has gained experience across the residential, office and industrial sectors. Since joining, he has supported a range of projects through various stages of the development lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to construction and disposal.
Tayyab is responsible for supporting the planning process, assisting with appraisals, leasing and sale transactions and helping to manage developments to maximise value throughout delivery.
Relevant Experience:
- Industrial: Bognor Regis, Maple Cross and Milton Keynes, supporting construction-stage activities and leasing transactions.
- Residential: Arena Central – Build to Rent and Leatherhead Town Centre Regeneration scheme, supporting feasibility phase and planning activities.
- Offices: Pall Mall, Liverpool and appraisal work for new site acquisition opportunities.
- Experience of working across multiple asset classes, providing development and transaction support from early-stage appraisal through to disposal.
