Kier Property has recently reached practical completion (PC) at its Logistics City scheme in Whiteley, Hampshire. The site located close to Junction 9 of the M27, was the last remaining undeveloped plot of the Fulcrum Business Park.
In 2019, Kier achieved planning approval for the three-unit industrial scheme, totally of 58,664 sq ft and works started on site in early 2020.
The scheme, built to a high specification, offers units level loading doors (4m x 4.5m), 8m eaves height, fitted offices at first-floor level, electric charging points and allocated parking,
