Kier Property is delighted to announce that it has let another unit at its Trade City development in Gravesend to Screwfix.
Kier purchased the wider 4.15 acre site in 2018, to develop the trade-counter industrial scheme and a Lidl store on the adjacent site. The six unit scheme is expected to be complete in summer 2021.
Phil Sutton, senior development director at Kier Property, commented: “This is another great letting at Gravesend having achieved pre-lets to Toolstation and Easy Bathrooms last year. We are pleased that we are continuing to see high levels of interest in the remaining three units.”
Kier Property has developed more than 6 million sq ft of industrial space under its Trade City and Logistics City brands. In addition to Gravesend Kier Property has industrial schemes in Andover, Basingstoke, Chelmsford, Maidenhead, Luton, Whiteley and Winsford.
Kier Property is using agents Savills Jack Booth 07807 999558 and Caxtons Mark Coxon 07969 973809, which are available to discuss further letting opportunities at the development.
