Kier Property Lets Unit At Its Trade City Development In Gravesend To Screwfix

Kier Property is delighted to announce that it has let another unit at its Trade City development in Gravesend to Screwfix.

Kier purchased the wider 4.15 acre site in 2018, to develop the trade-counter industrial scheme and a Lidl store on the adjacent site. The six unit scheme is expected to be complete in summer 2021. 

Phil Sutton, senior development director at Kier Property, commented: “This is another great letting at Gravesend having achieved pre-lets to Toolstation and Easy Bathrooms last year.  We are pleased that we are continuing to see high levels of interest in the remaining three units.”
