Kier Property Announces Four New Lettings At Trade City In Chelmsford

Kier Property has completed four new lettings at its Trade City scheme on Montrose Road, Dukes Park Industrial Estate in Chelmsford CM2 6TE.

These lettings are of Units 1, 5, 9 and 11, and concludes 73% of contracted rent secured to tenants. The park has a diversified income base from key tenants including national trade counter operators such as Dulux and a parcel carrier, with the further four completed to include Halfords (Unit 1), Spin Mobility Limited (Unit 5), Tolva PC (Unit 9) and BP Vet Limited (Unit 11).

The site was purchased in January 2018 and Kier developed it to offer eleven industrial, commercial, warehouse and trade counter units. Units ranged from 3,617 sq. ft to 14,640 sq. ft.  The location benefits from excellent road links to the M25 and wider motorway network and transport connections into central London. The property was developed to a very high standard with excellent specification and sustainability credentials.
