Breeam Excellent – Gravesend

Kier Property is on track to achieve a BREEAM rating of EXCELLENT for their Kier Trade City scheme in Gravesend.

To achieve our BREEAM EXCELLENT we are applying the following solutions.

Meters to monitor water usage, renewable energy sources, highly insulated walls and roofs, electric car park charging points, bike storage facilities and showers, an enhancement to the ecological value, responsible materials certification, management of our construction waste and we have used recycled and sustainably sourced aggregates throughout our development.

Trade City Gravesend is a scheme that is being built to consider social and economic sustainability.
